Patent and Trademark solicitor. Patent activities lie principally in
the areas of organic chemistry, biochemistry and immunology for the past thirty years.
Most of the American inventions handled are of academic origin. (Two of clients are Nobel
honorees.)
Nature of legal work in patents: drafting and prosecution of patent
applications as well as appeals before the Board of Appeals and contesting interferences.
Trademark activities: solicitation and opposition. Other intellectual property matters:
copyright and licensing.
Fluency in German and French enables acceptance of correspondence in
this language, translation of original texts into English and oral discussion of problems
directly with clients.

U.S.P.T.O. since 1966, U. S. District Court of New Jersey since 1967. Admitted to New
